The annual Nusa Dua Fiesta features a week of arts, culture, sports, music and exhibitions that take place in and around the Nusa Dua Peninsula from Nov. 16-20. The opening day features various art competitions and exhibitions on the main hotel beachfront with diving tours, children’s carnival, charity gala dinners and various live modern and cultural entertainment for the public on following days.
Initiated by the Indonesia Tourism Development Corporation (ITDC), 2016 marks the 20th year of the event with a continual aim to boost Nusa Dua tourism. “This year’s event will include more local talent and creativity such as a logo design competition to assist Bali – made products that promote Nusa Dua,” said ITDC operational director, Ngurah Wirawan.
The highlight of this year’s event is a live performance by legendary Spanish singer, Julio Iglesias, who has sold over 300 million albums in 14 languages worldwide.
BIMC Hospital will support the event by providing ambulance standby during the Cross Culture Cycling and Nusa Dua 10K Bali Cultural Run (marathon).
