After an unfortunate accident in Bali, I would like to thank the doctors and staff of this great medical facility for their kindness and excellent medical care and attention. It relieved all of my anxiety to know that I was receiving such good care while so far from home.

In 2014 I had two fillings, a clean and two caps put on my front teeth. The whole procedure was done in an immaculate room and the dentist was extremely careful and considerate, felt no pain during the procedure. 4 years later my teeth are still looking great, would highly recommend. Book in advance to avoid missing out.

Can not speak more highly of this hospital. Emergency staff, Doctors, nurses, rehab. Doctor, physio and the housekeeping staff. All wonderful, professional and nothing was too much trouble. Always kept informed and explanations comprehensive and clear. Very clean and all up to date equipment. Have been telling everyone we were in good hands. Excellent work guys, keep it up.

I just wanted to say a huge thank you to all the beautiful doctors and nurses at BIMC hospital in Kuta for my recent unfortunate visit in April. Everyone was so helpful and thoroughly professional. I think I may have made a bad decision wanting to come back to Australia to have surgery due to the painkillers I was on at the time and being in a foreign country. What a great experience I had compared to the treatment I received when I came back home and was admitted to a hospital in Australia. I would highly recommend this hospital to anyone

We were both unfortunate to injure ourselves whilst on holiday. My husband broke his tooth and required a filling, and the Nusa Dua branch of BIMC, Dentistry was extremely efficient, clean, easily understood and offered a filling at a reasonable price, with no waiting time. I perforated my eardrum in a diving accident. The care given was again efficient, caring, explained clearly and medication supplied. All departments, emergency, check in, cashier, pharmacy were very well run.

The hospital is very dedicated, efficient and has caring staff. This friendly approach helps in getting great relief of the patient.

The facility is better than BIMC Kuta.
