Panel Hospital Medical Check Up For Visa Application In Bali

When you want to apply for a visa to a certain country, you might need to submit your medical check up for visa application purposes. You can make an appointment for getting a medical check up with BIMC Hospital Kuta. We can help you with your medical check up for visa application but you should pay attention because the document requirements might be different for different countries.

For Australia Visa Applicant

If you are an Australia Visa Applicant, you can get a medical check up at BIMC Hospital Kuta by appointment only. You need to prepare some important documents before the medical check up procedure and the very first thing you have to prepare is your original passport.

COVID-19 vaccine certificate for all injections you got must also be prepared. You have to make sure that your identity, date of injection, as well as vaccine type are printed on your certificate. You have to prepare a referral letter that comes with a HAP ID from the Australian Government, as well.

If you have existing medical conditions, you also have to prepare relevant medical reports such as from a specialist. If you have any previous chest x-rays, it must be prepared, as well along with your spectacles or contact lense prescription if applicable.

For New Zealand Visa Applicant

The medical check-up process for New Zealand visa applicants is a little bit different from Australia visa applicants because New Zealand Immigration has a system called eMedical System. Any medical result for New Zealand visa applicants can only be submitted via this system.

That is why if you want to take a medical check up procedure at BIMC Kuta, you need to confirm your health reference number or health identifier (NZHR or NZER) if you have any. We can do an upfront medical check up if you have not lodged a visa application yet to provide your health identifier number (NZER).

It is necessary to confirm with us the type of test you need to do. It can be the test to get the general medical certificate and chest x-rays certificate. Or it can be just a chest x-rays certificate.

The required documents for taking a medical checkup at our hospital are pretty much the same as the Australian visa applicant’s one, after all. But the referral letter must come with NZHR or NZER from the New Zealand Immigration.

For United Kingdom Visa Applicant

Unlike the medical checkup for Australia and New Zealand visa applicants, United Kingdom visa applicants will need to do a TB Screening Test instead. You need to make an appointment first to do this test with us.

Some documents will be required including original passport, any relevant medical reports if you have an existing medical condition, and any previous chest x-rays. You will also need to prepare a 4 x 6 photograph with a blue, red, or white background. Because we need to stamp on your photograph, please avoid wearing dark colors.

Before taking the test, you need to be in a healthy condition without any cough, fever, flu, etc. Fasting is not necessary at all before the test, but you have to make sure that you drink plenty of mineral water.

For Cook Island Visa Applicant

You can also make an appointment with us to take a medical check up for Cook Island visa applicants. Of course, you need to prepare some documents including original passport, the medical check up form from the Cook Island Embassy, all of your COVID-19 vaccine certificate, any medical report for your existing medical conditions, any previous chest x-rays, and your spectacles or contact lense prescription if applicable.

Just like the documents requirement of the TB screening test for United Kingdom visa applicants, Cook Island Visa Applicants also need to prepare photographs. Three pieces of 3×4 photograph are needed as the needed image size in the medical check up form.

For Canada Visa Applicant

Canada Immigration also has an eMedical System for submitting the medical check up result of all Canada visa applicants. Because of this circumstance, you need to pay more attention to some points.

You need to confirm with us if you have IME from Canada Immigration. We can help you with an upfront medical check up to give you the UMI number (health identifier number) if you have not lodged a visa application yet.

The document requirements for taking a medical check up for a Canada visa applicant with us is basically the same with those for Australia visa applicants.

For Japan Visa Applicant

For Japan visa applicants, instead of getting a medical check up, you will go for a TB screening test just like for United Kingdom visa applicants. The document requirements are simpler than for general medical check up. You will need your original passport, the TB screening test form from the Japan Embassy, relevant medical reports for existing medical conditions, previous chest x-rays if any, and a photograph with the size needed for the TB screening certificate.

For South Korea Visa Applicant

South Korea becomes the next visa applicant that needs to take a TB screening test instead of a medical check up. Yes, the document requirements are exactly the same with the Japan visa applicants’ one.

Before Medical Check Up and TB Screening Test

You might have a big question about the preparation requirement before taking a medical check up or TB screening test with our hospital. For both medical check up and TB screening test, you have to make sure that you are in a healthy condition. If you have a fever, cough, flu, etc, unfortunately you need to reschedule your appointment because you cannot take the medical test yet.

You might also be wondering whether you need fasting before taking both tests. You can eat normally before taking the tests because fasting is not necessary. You even need to make sure to drink enough water before the tests.

Especially for female applicants who want to take a medical check up for visa application with BIMC Kuta, you must not be on period or menstruation when taking the test. Meanwhile, the TB screening test can still be done under this circumstance.
