BIMC Hospital joins Kuta Beach Cleaning

Hard Rock commemorates the 14th of June as their “Founder’s day” as 39 years ago, in 1971, was the opening of the first Hard Rock Cafe in London. This year, Hard Rock Bali, organized a beach cleaning event involving Bali’s paramedics, in accordance of their mantra “Save The Planet”.
Two hundred staff and management from the Hard Rock Bali, including Hard Rock Hotel Bali, Hard Rock Cafe Bali, Hard Rock Radio Bali and Hard Rock Merchandise together with 50 paramedics from Bali worked hand-in-hand to clean and remove rubbish from a section of Kuta Beach.  The paramedics were invited as the theme this year is “Take Time To Be Kind With Paramedics”.  Four doctors, 10 nurses and 8 management personnel from BIMC Hospital participated in the beach cleaning event.
Making the world a cleaner place and having a safer world while giving back to those who serve and protect the community  was the main idea of the event.  The program ended at sunset with a Burger & Hotdog Bash and a much cleaner and safer beach.
