Five star service
We are staying at the Grand Hyatt Nusa Dua so and I had a slight heart attack whilst in Bali. Went to BIMC Nusa Dua and had better treatment than I would have gotten in Sydney. One piece of advice though is Take Out Travel Insurance. It would have cost me many thousands of dollars without it.
I had plastic surgery done on my upper and lower eyes at the end of August. I am very pleased with the outcome, healed really well, scars are hard to see and I'm not 4 weeks out. I was very scared as so many people tell you the bad stories. I also had a broken crown removed and redone in the dental clinic. I will certainly not hesitate in recommending both. There professional and kind treatment at a third of price in Perth made it possible to have both treatments. The bridge was $1800 and had been quoted $7,000, as they make the crowns and bridges they can adjust straight away at no cost. Thankyou for the great treatment I received.
I went to BIMC hospital in kuta after one monkey schratch me to have a rabies vaccine and I found a great staff in there. And doctor Hima took my case. And I can say she is a great doctor with a deep information and in my opinion she is a excellent profesional. the hospital is so clean and the service is fast and save. I did feel confortable with all of them

Late one night in December 2016 I received the phone call that all parents dread. My son and his girl friend were seriously injured in an accident and had been admitted to BIMC Hospital. My husband and I were on the first available flight, full of fear about their condition and, to be honest, how they would be treated in a foreign Hospital. Our focus was the condition of our loved ones but very quickly we became aware of just how well they had been cared for leading to their stable and safe condition which was largely due to the professionalism of BIMC staff at all levels. I totally recommend BIMC Nusa Dua, as I am very pleased with my liposuction operation and the care post-op. It was like I had paid for private health cover equivalent to Australia. My swelling and healing after 2 weeks has been amazing. I will be back if i need more procedures.
I attended BIMC last Tuesday after having a reaction to being bitten on the upper lip resulting in swelling The treatment I received was excellent with prompt service. I required three IV injections to control the swelling. I was treated and on my way back to our accomodation within a hour with a very reasonable cost for the treatment. I would recommend if anyone requires medical treatment to use this service without hesitation.
I am very happy with the result of neck and face lift I have done in CosMedic Centre BIMC. Healing well, pleased with the suction of the haematoma and much improved left side of face. All nurses and doctors were professional, helpful and caring. I am now still need pain killers but only using once a day.
I'd rate this hospital better than many I've seen in Australia. The nurses were very friendly and helpful, the orthopedic surgeon did an incredible job fixing my broken ankle and his stitching has left me with barely a scar. The hospital was very clean and there was minimal waiting for anything. I was in emergency for just over an hr and up to my room ready for surgery that evening. Whenever I pressed the buzzer the nurse was there within a minute. Usually less. Very glad I had insurance (sure save)as they Covered ALL my costs with no fuss.
I had breast augmentation done in May 2014 and I could not fault a thing. This was a relatively new procedure for Bali at that time. BIMC in Nusa Dua is like a 5 star hotel and is not comparable to any hospital I have been to in Western Australia of which I have had 9 operations. It was very professional and the care was amazing. Nothing was left to chance. I would highly recommend this hospital to anyone considering cosmetic surgery.

The prices are very similar and despite being further away (we stayed at the Magani in Legian) I opted for BIMC Nusa Dua. I based my decision on the fact that BIMC dental clinic is attached to Indonesia's premier hospital which has a reputation with Aussies as THE place to go if you are injured in Bali.
If you are looking for five star medical services, this is the place, the BIMC Hospital Nusa Dua. Very attentive and professional, clean and up-to-the minute technology. Staff are friendly and relaxing, putting your mind at ease. Thank you and I am happy to recommend this hospital.
It was my first experience in BIMC Hospital Nusa Dua. Fro the very first consultation with the doctors, any concerns I had regarding the surgery were taken seriously, staff went above and beyond to provide the best care and reassurance constantly. The surgery went well and the post op care was excellent. All staff attended my needs very well.
It has taken some time before I could react but now I am able to tell this story with an for me happy end. It started on the 24th of April when I came with sefere complaints in my hip/bottomarea. The name of the doctor was Tiffany. I have forgotten her last name but I am sure there is only one Doctor Tiffany. Anyway, she said that there were two possibilities: problems with my hip (possible when you are 67 years old) or the pain could come out of my back. She ordered an X ray and that showed that there were quite some problems with my back. At first she gave me strong painkillers in the hope that this would last for the coming three weeks. Unfornulately this was not the case. So in just a few days I was back. This time she ordered an MRI to give more detailed information. After that I had a consult with a neurosurgeon and he suggested an invasive operation to cure me. But after contact with my insurance company I heard that my insurance would not cover the costs. So I had to wait to come back to Holland. The last weeks on Bali were difficult for me because I could hardly stand still or walk. Of course back in Holland I made an appointment with a neurosurgeon in Alkmaar, but he did not want to operate on me. He said he would send me to the pain poli just for a shot. I was furious and contacted then an organisation named The Royal Doctors, situated in Belgium. I got an appointment with doctor Ricky Rasschaert and he operated on me last week. According to this doctor the biggest problem was the recessus lateralis stenosis and a neuroforamen problem on L5-S1 and that's what he fixed. Everything is now much better and I want to thank you all and particularly Dr Tiffany Carissa because for me with her started my victory. My patient number was 164814
I would just like to send an email in regards to my recent experience as a patient at the BIMC, Nusa Dua. On the 19th January, 2016 I was brought to the hospital during the early hours of the morning due to suffering lower abdominal pain and acute gastroenteritis. I live in Australia and was holidaying in Nusa Dua at the time. Upon arrival at the hospital I was seen immediately by a male nurse who took me straight to a cubicle. Within minutes I was seen by Doctor Valensia HANAFI and administered an IV and medication shortly after examination. I would just like to advise that it was one of the best hospital experiences I’ve had and would like to express my praise of the male nurse and Doctor HANAFI who were both very comforting and attentive to my ill health. Please pass on my gratitude to the nurse and Doctor HANAFI and relevant department to acknowledge their good practices.
My husband was in BIMC Nusa Dua from the 16th March to the 22nd March with a brain tumor. I want to please say a MASSIVE thank you to both Dr Deddy as well as Esther our patient liason officer. Dr Deddy was an amazing man, very patient and caring and Esther was the most amazing woman who made the difference between me coping and not coping. My husband has since had the tumor removed but has had to return to hospital with an infection on his brain. He has started radiation and chemo this week and although they have given him 18 months to live we are fighting hard and we are going to beat the odds. Can you please tell them both I said thank you so much and I'd love to shout them both (especially Esther) a drink next time we come to Bali
Hello to the Doctors, Nurses and Staff at BIMC Nusa Dua, I wanted to say Thank You very much for all the care and treatment you gave me, 3 weeks ago today, when I came to your hospital after injuring my legs in a fall in Lovina. I REALLY appreciate everything that was done for me. I am still healing and recovering but I am improving every day.
On the evening of Friday 5th August we brought Poppy to your care with a burnt stomach sustained from falling onto a hot garden light. Of course she was in a lot of pain and almost as distressed as her parents. I would like to thank you all once again for your marvelous support and care during this difficult time. I am truly grateful for your professionalism and efficacy. The treatment regime you provided us has meant that Poppy avoided infection and is well on the way to recovery. Thank you!
I did not get a chance to thank you all before I was released back to Australia from my back operation on 17 August 2016. This accident, the most traumatic experience of my life, was made easier by your outstanding service, polite manners, and always a willingness to assist. Please never forget or underestimate the value of your work. You are all engaged in life's most precious profession which is healing others. It is hard work, and requires dedication and I constantly saw this at BIMC. During my time I was also privileged to learned a lot about Bali and Indonesia from you all. So, thank you again. I recently had dengue fever in Bali. All I can say THANK GOD for BIMC! Their dedication and care toward looking after me was better than some private hospitals I've been to in Australia. Thank you to all the Dr's and nurses that looked after me. There is a substantial deposit you have to put down in USD but BIMC said they'd refund it within 30 days if my travel insurance covered costs which they did. I've only been back in Australia for a week and it took a total of 2 weeks and my deposit was back in my account less the credit card transaction fee which is understandable. Again I can't praise this hospital any higher than almost perfect! THANK YOU BIMC FOR SAVING MY LIFE!!
I had my upper and lower eye lids left and outer hips liposuction done in the Cosmedic Centre BIMC Hospital Nusa Dua. Dr Suka Adnyana, my plastic surgeon, Dr Sissy Surya and all supporting medical personnel were absolutely wonderful. I had such a good experience! I would recommend the doctors and this hospital to anyone who wants to have a plastic surgery. Care and after surgery support is at the high level in BIMC Hospital Nusa Dua. Thank you!
Great service, extremely helpful, understanding and professional. My partner suffered from food poisoning but a medical team was quickly organized and dispatched to our accommodation despite only being able to communicate via facebook messenger and whatsapp.
My 20 mth old daughter had to stay at BIMC Nusa Dua for the first week of holiday. Being a nurse in Australia I was extremely protective and unsure of the level of care we would get. nursing staff, doctors and specialist are all very good! I’m truly grateful for care that my daughter received. Definitely at Australian standard of care. Infection control was fantastic! Thank you again for all support during our stay.
