• The package price is valid for one (1) person and one (1) visit or treatment.
• The package includes only the examinations or treatment specifically stated in the package.
• Consultation, administration fees, and additional examinations, procedures, medications, or services are not included unless specifically stated.
• All examinations and treatments are subject to medical assessment and may be adjusted or deferred based on clinical considerations.
• Prior appointment is recommended and subject to availability.
• Package prices and inclusions are subject to change without prior notice.
• Packages are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other services.
• Additional room usage beyond the included duration will be charged separately.
• Additional medications, vitamins, or other IV components not included in the package will be charged separately.
