    "I am a nurse in Australia and I could not fault; the processes, professionalism, courtesy of the staff. I was prepared to wait hours in waiting room like at home, but it was quick triage, assessment and treatment. The facility could not be faulted for cleanliness, modern up to date equipment - it is not surprising that they have international American quality standards accreditation."

    Extremely helpful, kind and knowledgeable staff team. Found the 4 nights I spent in the hospital where made easier by the staff. Food was good however I believe the bathroom sinks where blocked as had foul smell from them when water ran. Apart from that I felt much much better leaving than I did arriving!

    I am really greatful for my doctor Erika and the help I received from her. After I had been to the hospital two times and my symptoms worsened she took me very seriously and said I might have appendicitis even though my symptoms were not super clear and I did not have the typical symptoms for appendicitis. She acted very efficiently and professionally and sent me to another hospital for CT scan very quickly. She also accompanied me in the ambulance so I felt super safe. It turned out to be acute appendicitis and I had to have surgery. I am happy she was so quick and proactive so that my condition didn’t have time to worsen. Thanks to her I had a pleasant experience at the hospital and also now during my recovery (because it was discovered in time). I am also very happy with the nurses I met during my visit. I also think it’s very good that the clinic answers very quickly on Whatsapp. Overall I felt very safe and well taken care of.

    This is my second time to do my medical check up at this hospital and it’s great as my first experience. This hospital provides excellent service to its patients. All the nurses, staff, security, and even the doctors are very friendly. Really recommended.
