Excellent! Stayed here for 1½ weeks after being medevaced from Penida following a motor scooter accident. The care I received at BIMC hospital, Kula was really excellent both in terms of the quality of medical and treatment aspect and also the attitude and attention of the medical staff. All the staff I have met speak English, some better I do!! While they are very serious about their work, I have appreciated their light heartedness and humour. Can you imagine, in a UK hospital being chided for not using your call button enough to ask for assistance?! I would like to say a big Thank you all for looking after me, for your patience and your care. Ray X

I had a 3 day stay and all the staff from doctors, nurses and cleaners where polite friendly and professional. They let me know what was happening at all times and quick to address all my needs. Thank you again for the incredible care you gave me.

I had a stoke while on holidays. I must say the treatment was excellent from start from when the ambulance arrived and the treatment and staff was excellent. When I arrived back to Australia I took the reports to the specialist and he said it was the most impressive report and treatment.

I was admitted to BIMC exactly 1 year ago. I had operation and stayed 12 days. The accident I had was very traumatic for me plus being in a foreign country by myself without support was terrifying to say the least. I would like to acknowledge nurse nuri who was very understanding of my situation, supportive and spiritually connected. She kept me afloat for the entire 12 days until I could be escorted home. I couldn't have gone through this terrifying experience alone, so it was lovely that nuri stepped in to fill the gap of my family. I will be forever grateful to her. I can only comment on my experience with nuri the nurse and I'm sure she would be the same for all her patients. BIMC you are so so fortunate to have her working for your hospital. Well done nuri. I still have a long way to go in my recovery but am slowly getting there with more surgery in the coming month. Jenny
