On 7th January 2011, BIMC Hospital began construction of their new hospital project located in the Bali Tourism Development Corporation (BTDC) area of Nusa Dua. Nusa Dua lies in the most Southern part of Bali and is conveniently located just 20 minutes from Bali’s Ngurah Rai International Airport.
Aiming to finish the project by the end of 2011, BIMC Hospital Nusa Dua will expand on the current medical services offered by BIMC Hospital, Kuta. BIMC Hospital is delighted to have the opportunity to work closely with the BTDC and be part of the important role of raising the benchmark of health care services in Bali.
The two-storey private hospital with 30 inpatient beds is the only hospital in the immediate Nusa Dua area serving the surrounding areas of Nusa Dua, Tanjung Benoa, Jimbaran and Uluwatu. Situated within the BTDC complex, BIMC Hospital Nusa Dua is located on 1 hectare of land and is surrounded by luxury 5 star hotels and villas, a golf course, shopping mall, restaurants and secluded beaches.
BIMC Hospital Nusa Dua will incorporate an accident and emergency area, Intensive Care Unit, Day Procedure Unit, Operating Theatres, Ward Rooms and new specialty care areas such as a dialysis centre, cosmetic surgery and dental services. The new BIMC hospital is due for completion later this year. The goal is to provide excellent quality health care adhering to international standards of practice all under one roof.
