Perched 50 meters above sea level on the cliffs of Uluwatu, El Kabron Spanish restaurant is known for its fetching views of the Indian Ocean and surfer hangout. As beautiful as it is, being located in a remote corner of the island means if a medical emergency occurs, staff should have the knowledge to quickly deal with injuries and medical situations.
General Manager Mr. David Iglesias Megias well understands that to safeguard guests and staff they need to be prepared for any emergency, big or small. On October 21 the restaurant management signed its 16 staff members for their first aid training course held at BIMC Hospital Nusa Dua. BIMC regularly trains hospitality staff, from hotels and restaurants to travel and transport companies. The hospital group is today lauded as the leader in Bali for first aid training.
